As an added bonus, these processors also consume less power at idle and can transition between loads states much more quickly. Today’s CPUs pack more cores than their predecessors, and the latest instruction sets allow them to crunch computationally dense workloads at an incredible pace. Those benefits lead to phase doublers becoming universally accepted in the industry, and they are still used for similar purposes today. The board’s VRM was lauded for elegantly overcoming the power-handling capabilities of components that were available at the time while also reducing voltage ripple. Provides stronger PCIe device retention and greater shearing resistance.ĪSUS became the first manufacturer to implement phase doublers in the A8N32-SLI Deluxe motherboard back in 2005. The design employs a simple locking mechanism to secure the drive and neatly eliminate traditional screws. ![]() The innovative Q-Latch makes it easy to install or remove an M.2 SSD without the need for specific tools. One sided clips for super-simple, super-secure handling of memory modules.Īt its default, the FlexKey functions as a system reset button, but it can also be easily set to quickly turn Aura lighting on or off, activate Safe Boot or enter the BIOS. Makes tuning more intuitive by recording both the true highest and lowest core voltage and then passing the data to HWiNFO, AI Suite 3 and the onboard LiveDash OLED.Ī bi-directional interface that attaches the fan extension card II. Indicates power status and potential problems with the CPU, memory, graphics card or boot device for quick diagnosis. USB power supplies rock-steady 5V to all USB ports, minimizing power fluctuations for minimal data loss. ESD Guards cover the USB, audio and LAN ports. Thank you for your help.Greater electrostatic protection than the industry standard. Do you know what voltage the cpu should be at for this clock speed? I cant find anyone who has a guide for this. I would like to Keep the cpu at 4.3 stable. I guess I will have to tweak the voltage to the cpu. Seems like it is a OC issue with the processor. My temps are fine, my CPU is running at about 35c in idle and about 48c in full load. I never had any issues with BSODS on my GB Mobo, and I had the same overclock with just raising the CPU Ratio(Multiplier). The one thing i think is the problem (currently testing by running default clock) is that i've slightly overclocked my CPU from 3.5ghz to 3.7ghz by raising the CPU Ratio from 17.5 to 18.5, which i should be able to do without any problems since my processor is a Black Edition. I might say that i've recently formatted and reinstalled Windows 7 (after mobo change), all drivers are up to date. The problem i've been having recently is that im getting a BSOD while im playing games.įull Path : C:\Windows\Minidump\120511-33025-01.dmpĪfter some googling I've discovered that this BSOD can come from a lot of things.
